Over the course of her 25 year long career in education, she has had the opportunity to set up several schools and preschools in Mumbai, including Gopal’s Garden and The Big Umbrella. She has also worked for The American School of Mumbai and Krishna Avanti School.

A parent at Kalpa Vriksha who sees value in an inclusive, joyful and experiential way of learning. Her professional experience pans Advertising to running a branch of an NGO. She has volunteered for cancer palliative care and suicide prevention.

Veena Krishnan is a post graduate in Child Psychology and has specialised in Early Child Education. She has over 25 years of teaching experience in schools all over the country and outside India. She helps in developing curriculum, for pre-primary & primary classes, training teachers in teaching methodologies and has co-authored books on the same.

Sonali Sathye, a seasoned educator with 20 years of experience, teaches Maths, Hindi, and Home Science to Std 1-10 students. She contributes to curriculum development and implementation in client schools, conducts teacher training workshops, and has designed a specialized Life Skills Curriculum for special needs students.

Vrushali is also the founder coordinator of Zhep Remedial Centre, providing valuable educational support services.
